Santa Fe, NM

Santa Fe, NM

I am a truly lucky millennial, not only do I have a bomb 20-step skin routine, but I also get to travel a lot! I want to tell you all about it, so I will be including a travel tab in my blog. What I have seen and what I have experienced, I just want to tell you all about it. Well, not all because there has been some things that will make you think I am shameless, so I’ll let TMZ show you that dark yet also pretty side of me.

I want to start with Santa Fe, NM, my hometown. Not a lot of people like visiting their hometown, but I do. I love Santa Fe for a lot of reasons:

#1 I have family and gorgeous friends there.
#2 Everything is smothered in green or red chili.
#3 Food is freaking delicious.

I love that 2 out of 3 things that I love about Santa Fe are food.

There are a lot of opportunities to go to back, and I always have something to do. There is this cool and interesting museum called Meow Wolf. All of my friends who read my blog are going to roll their eyes, because they have been there, and I never shut up about it. Think of the most funky, bizarre, and imaginative museums out there, then multiply it by LSD. That museum shocks my body into another dimension. I want to tell you more but I want you to see it without knowing what is inside, because the wow factor will be added to the experience.

One of my absolute favorite things to do in Santa Fe is going to the Farmer’s Market on the rail yard downtown. Iconic to the city, I am obsessed. Unfortunately the only days they are open are Tuesdays and Saturdays. Every time I go there! I cannot come back home without getting my raspberry lavender and ginger jam. Ugh!!! Like I am totally living just for it!

There is a lot in there; your standard pretty veggies, musicians that will blow your brains out, and they have bakery stands that are totally worth committing crime for! I love going there in the morning on an empty stomach because at the market they have awesome coffee and a lot of food. Oh and you can go to a mini wine tasting! Cute! Huh?

There is a lot more to do! You have beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, galleries…
By saying all of that, brings me to another thing to do and that is, get lost! Go Downtown, find parking and just walk. You will not regret it. You will see the iconic adobe style buildings and museums, and everything is just so lovely.

I am signing off! Have fun in Santa Fe!

Tootles.
